Human Resources

As a Human Resources team member, you are at the front line of the community, and the main source of communication for our Management team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Boost our drivers performance, by creating incentives.
  • Recruit, Interview and see over our applications.
  • Provide updates to our Human Resources Database.
  • Converse with Upper Management about performance.
  • Communicating with other communities regarding applicants.
  • Updating our recruitment page(s), when required.

Role Requirements

  • Ideally have had prior Human Resources experience.
  • Must know how to work Google Drive, and other applications.
  • Must be aged 18 or over.
  • Must be professional and respectful to all members.
  • Have no bans on TMP within the past 12 months.
  • If applicable, have no bans on Infinite Truckers within the past 12 months.
  • Must be actively involved within the community.
  • Great communication and writing skills are essential.
  • Must have a working headset / microphone.

Division Management

As a Division Manager, you are in charge of your division, whether it be Refrigerated, or Heavy Haulage, you are responsible for what goes on within that team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure that your division staff are completing their minimum required jobs, as set by our Community Management team.
  • Monitor division staff progress.
  • Create at least one convoy for your division per month.
  • Create active driver activities, such as promotional events, speciality division competitions, and other promotional events to promote community involvement.

Role Requirements

  • Must have ETS2 and/or ATS.
  • Must be aged 16 or over.
  • Must be professional and respectful to all members.
  • Have no bans on TMP within the past 6 months.
  • If applicable, have no bans on Infinite Truckers within the past 6 months.
  • Must be actively involved within the community.
  • Great communication and writing skills are essential.
  • Must have a working headset / microphone.

Social Media Team

Our social media team are at the base of the community, in regards to our online presence, you’ll be working on various social platforms to advertise the community.

Role Responsibilities

  • Use Twitter regularly to advertise the community.
  • Connect with other communities on Social Media.
  • Provide updates regarding the community.
  • Converse with Management and Human Resources about campaigns.
  • Branch out to other platforms we may not already be present on.
  • Create fun advertising campaigns, working with our Design team.
  • Provide updates to our Discord Server.

Role Requirements

  • Must have had prior social media experience.
  • Must have Twitter, Facebook and Instagram installed.
  • Must be aged 16 or over.
  • Remain professional at all times when conversing on Social Media.
  • Keep our Social Presence active.
  • Must have an active TruckersMP, and ITMP forum account.
  • Must be actively involved within the community.
  • Great communication and writing skills are essential.
